Getting Started with Dashboards
The Regology Dashboards offer a graphical view of all updates coming into the platform, including alerts, tasks, risks, and controls. Dashboards are viewable by clicking Dashboard in the left side panel:
While customizable, Regology also offers several out-of-the-box dashboards.
Alerts Overview: This dashboard is an aggregation of all the types of alerts (bills, agency updates, and regulatory changes). It offers information about the various metrics corresponding to your alerts, such as Time period, Corpus, Owners, Jurisdiction and Doc Status, Agencies, and so on.
Bills: Your cockpit for all bills-related insights. This dashboard provides information about bills corresponding to attributes such as owners, jurisdiction, document status, workflow status, and so on.
Regulatory Changes: The Regulatory Changes dashboard tells you everything you need to know about updates made to regulations and helps you manage these changes. It offers insights regarding regulatory changes, organizing them by topic, workflow status, owners, agencies, corpus, and so on.
Agency Updates: The dashboard tells you everything you need to know about agency updates for your organization, organizing them by jurisdictions with most agency updates, agency feed, owners, document status, and other relevant criteria.
Enforcement Actions Overview: This report helps you track everything related to enforcement actions, including the number of enforcement actions applicable to you, penalty and restitution amounts, and agency-wise distribution.
Compliance Overview: Enables you to manage your risks, controls, and tasks, telling you how many there are, and offering information about the owners of risks, controls, and tasks, as well as the status of these objects.
Impact Assessment Overview: The Impact Assessment dashboard enables you to track the progress of all impact assessments created by you and your team. It offers easily digestible information about the owners, the impact status, impact level, and impacted teams.
Workflow SLA: Enables managers to efficiently track work done in a specific period. Managers can quickly set an SLA time-period filters and monitor their team’s efficiency.
