Unpublishing a Policy

Overview

As the regulations governing your business evolve, your policies will evolve as well.

To unpublish an outdated policy:

  1. Click Policies in the Compliance Management section of the Regology main menu.
    The Policies tab appears.

     

  2. Click on the three-dot menu corresponding to the policy you wish to unpublish.

  3. Click the Unpublish button.


    A confirmation message appears.

  4. Click Yes to unpublish the policy.
    Once a policy is unpublished, it can no more be attached to any authoritative document.
