Saving and Managing Advanced Searches

Saved Searches

  • Create and store search queries for quick access in the future.

Viewing Saved Searches

  • A list of saved searches is available on the Advanced Search page.

Creating a Saved Search

  1. Apply necessary filters.

  2. Click Save.

  3. Provide a Title and Description.

Sharing Saved Searches

  • Share saved searches with team members or groups.

  • Assign Viewer (read-only) or Editor (modify filters) access.

  • Only the owner can delete a saved search.

  • Click the Share icon next to a saved search to manage sharing settings.

Deleting Saved Searches

  • Click the Trash Can icon next to a saved search.

  • Confirm deletion (Note: This action is irreversible)

Exporting Advanced Search Results

  • If the Discrete Requirements filter is enabled, results can be exported.

  • Click Export Search Results after performing a search.
