Overview

You can request customer support using the below methods:

  1. Leveraging the Help tool within your Regology account

  2. Visiting the support page athttps://regology.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

  3. Emailing support@regology.atlassian.net or your account representative

Creating a support request from the application

Log into the application and click on the Help icon (question mark) at the bottom right:

The Help dialogue then opens up:

Enter your question to search the knowledge base. To ask for support, click on Technical support:

Request Support from Outside the App

Useful when you cannot access the application due to system access issues. Navigate to https://regology.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

You can create a profile or login to your account. Logging or creating a profile helps you check the status of a ticket.

Requesting support by sending an email

You can also create a new ticket by sending an email to support@regology.atlassian.net
