This release is packed with powerful new tools and enhancements designed to simplify your workflow and streamline alert management. Our top features, like Reggi Relevance and Email Summaries for Alerts, make it easier to prioritize tasks and stay informed on-the-go. Check out the details below for each feature and interface improvement.

Reggi Relevance (New Feature!)

Introducing Reggi Relevance, an intelligent rating system that prioritizes alerts based on their relevance (Low, Medium, High). Each alert’s relevance score helps you focus on what matters most:

  • Low Relevance (Red Icon) – Low priority

  • Medium Relevance (Yellow Icon) – Moderately important

  • High Relevance (Green Icon) – Highly relevant; should be prioritized

  • Unassigned – No rating assigned

With Reggi Relevance, you can:

  • Hover over the icon for an explanation behind each score.

  • Sort alerts by relevance and published date.

  • Use Reggi Relevance in filters to quickly access high-priority alerts.

User can activate the Reggi Relevance Feature in the Administration section under “Reggi Settings”.

Get AI-Generated Alert Summaries in Email (New Feature!)

Stay updated with quick, relevant summaries of alerts directly within your email notifications:

  • Each email now includes a summary and relevance rating for each alert.

  • Summaries over 500 characters are truncated with a “See More” button.

  • Admins can activate this feature in email configurations from the Administration

Activation Options:

  • Administrators can enable the email summary feature for all users within the tenant from the “Email Notification” tab in the Admin section.

  • Enable this feature through "Enrich with Reggi AI" for both company-wide and personal regulatory updates.

Reggi Relevance for All Alerts

Now, Reggi provides relevance and reasons for all alerts in your Alerts list, helping you quickly understand which alerts are most relevant to your business. Admin can activate relevancy scoring for bills, regulatory changes, and agency updates from Reggi settings.

Enhanced Alert Email Summaries with Reggi AI

We’ve introduced summaries for all alerts directly in alert emails, enriched by Reggi AI with relevancy ratings. Users and admins can activate these in profile and administration settings, providing concise insights for better prioritization.

Reggi Relevance and Relevance Reason in Alerts Export

The alerts export now includes "Reggi Relevance" and "Relevance Reason," improving reporting with relevant data fields for further analysis.

Expand Your Research with Ad Hoc Feed (New Feature!)

Explore and search bills and agency updates as a quick look-up with the new Ad Hoc Feed Research feature (formerly “My Interests”), located in the Research section:

  • Search for specific bills or agency updates.

  • Experiment with keyword combinations.

  • Identify missed alerts in company notifications.

Quick Add for Law Library Documents from Alerts (New Feature!)

Now, you can add underlying documents to the Law Library directly from an alert, making it easier to maintain a complete and relevant library.

Quarterly Report for Alerts (New Feature!)

The Quarterly Alerts widgets now provide an insightful breakdown of alerts processed, followed, and marked with impact assessments, making it easy to track trends.

Widget 1: Quarterly Alerts displays total alerts with filters, for the last four quarters.

Widget 2: Quarterly Alerts by Group for team-based views.

Tailor the widgets with filters and chart types to highlight relevant data.

Law Library Enhancements

Improved "Show Unmapped" Filter

Enabling the 'Show Unmapped' toggle now displays all authoritative documents not mapped to the selected master data from the respective master data type, ensuring consistent document counts across each master data type export.

New Jurisdiction Filter

This allows users to filter documents by jurisdiction, significantly improving document navigation and retrieval.

Include 'Group Names' When Exporting

The Law Library exporting now includes a 'Group Names' field, allowing users to view user group (team) names associated with the authoritative documents.

Alerts and Workflow Updates

Impact Level Filter
Easily filter alerts by impact level between " Impact Assessment Status" and "Only Show Alerts."

Duplicate Status
Mark duplicate alerts with a new workflow status called “Duplicate”. Filter duplicate alerts in the “My Work” section, and in dashboard widgets. This is a configurable feature that the admin user can enable within the alert grouping settings.

Open Alerts or Impact Assessment Applicability SLA Widgets

To improve consistency and user experience, the following changes and enhancements have been made to the Open Alerts or Impact Assessment Applicability SLA widgets:

  1. Introduction of 'Doc Status' Filter:

    • Open Alerts or Impact Assessments SLA by User Groups

    • Open Alerts or Impact Assessments SLA by Owners

This filter allows users to view alerts by document status across all SLA widgets. Selecting a status updates the widget to show relevant results, and clicking navigates directly to the alerts page with the filter pre-applied for quick access.

Status Filter for Alert Workflow Status Widget

A status filter has been added to the Alert Workflow Status Widget in the dashboard, allowing users to filter and view alerts based on their current status.

New Filtering Options in Created Date Filter

Flexible filtering options like "Last 45 days",  "More than 90 days" and more to let you manage alerts with more precision.

Automatic Mapping of Topics

Topics that are mapped to an authoritative document will now be automatically mapped to the requirements and controls generated from that authoritative document through Reggi.

Bill Alert Movement

  • New functionality now updates alerts automatically when a bill’s status changes (e.g., from "Introduced" to "Became Law"). The alert is refreshed with the latest document status and published date, repositioning it in the Alerts List and My Work views. Additionally, a reason for the status change is added for clarity.

System Scope Keyword Filter & Clear Filters Functionality

  • "Clear All" Button: A new "Clear All" button allows users to remove all filters with a single click for easier navigation.

  • Enhanced Keyword Search: Keyword search now highlights exact matches in green, partial matches in yellow, and provides helpful messages if no matches are found.

Alert Modal Pagination Update

The pagination in the alert modal now shows the current alert number and total alerts per page (e.g., “1 of 50 Alerts”).

Group Names in Export for Risks, Requirements, Controls, and Tasks

Now, group names are included in exports for Risks, Requirements, Controls, and Tasks, making the data more organized for review.

New User Administration Insights Widget

A new widget “Total users in Roles” has been added on the User Administration page provides a user count segmented by roles (e.g., Admin, Power User), helping you quickly understand user distribution. Clicking on the widget applies the filter and displays the corresponding results.
