Click Policies in the Compliance Management section of the Regology main menu.
The Policies tab appears.
Click on the three-dot menu corresponding to the policy you wish to unpublish.
Click the Unpublish button.
A confirmation message appears.Click Yes to unpublish the policy.
Once a policy is unpublished, it can no more be attached to any authoritative document.
