Creating a support request from the application

Log into the application

Click on the Help icon(question mark) at the bottom right. Help dialog opens up

Enter your question to search the knowledge base. Or ask for support

To request support, click on Technical Support

Or Click on a topic to see the help

To request Technical support, Search for “Feature”

Request support from the Internet

Useful when you cannot access the application due to system access issues.

Navigate to https://regology.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

You can create a profile or log into your account. Having a profile helps will help you check the status of a ticket.
