Email Frequency and Timing Enhancements
Expect weekly emails on weekends and monthly emails on the 28th. Customize your email delivery time with a default setting of 1 PM UTC.
Reggi’s Requirement Generation and Suggestions
You can now access Reggi's improved features in the Law Library and Authoritative Documents, including requirement extraction and non-compliance penalties. Simply click the purple icon to get recommended questions or initiate queries directly within a document for context-specific answers.
Reggi’s Enhanced Accessibility and Query Handling
The Reggi button is now always visible, even when the right-side panel is open.
Ask follow-up questions in the same window to maintain context from previous queries.
Unique Group Codes
As an admin, you can now categorize users and groups separately. Groups have a three-letter code (e.g. “TES”), and users have a two-letter code (e.g. “PG”).
Enhanced Alert Descriptions
For better readability, alert previews are now displayed in two lines.
Routing Rule Has a New Name
To ensure accuracy in alert management, we've renamed a routing rule related to Authoritative Documents.
User Email Preferences by Admin
As an admin, you can now manage email subscriptions for your team members to ensure that they receive information at the appropriate frequency.
Default Landing Page in Saved Views
Set up your default landing page in the alerts section; admin-pinned views will take precedence.
Alert Routing Rules - UI Revamp
Easily view the source link under each agency in the dropdown and search by URL when editing rules.
Visibility of Disabled Rules
Control your search results with a "Show Disabled Rules" toggle.
Requirements Management
Keep track of your requirements with a dedicated “Requirements” section on the “My Work” page.
Bug Fixes:
Requirements FRON-2062
In this latest version, we have implemented the following points in requirements:
Removed the Key clause icon.
Updated the text in the pop over to "detach Requirement from the paragraph."
Fixed an issue where creating requirements from a discrete search was not working.
Resolved the issue with pinning and unpinning saved views, as well as Admin pinning, not working as expected.
New requirements created for an Authoritative Document now properly appear in the Law Library next to the Authoritative Document.
The migration process for previously created key clauses to requirements has been addressed and completed.
Positioned Requirements on the side navigation menu at the top.
Fixed the issue where if a user attempted to add a requirement to a parent document with existing child requirements, the child requirements were not removed.
Resolved the problem with mentions (reviews and comments) not functioning correctly in the requirements.
Keyword Set Inconsistency FRON-2039
Fixed an issue where the Keyword set was displaying the agency name in one place and the agency ID in another place. Now, the rules consistently display the agency name to improve clarity.
