Reggi generated summary for Agency updates alerts can now be seen within the alert modal. Citation Links in Requirements and Controls

After generating from Reggi, you can now access citations for each requirement and control. These citations We've enhanced Requirements and Controls by adding citation links directly within each entry. These links are conveniently located under their respective the corresponding controls or requirements for easy access.
